Condemnation proceeding in the Hennepin County District Court wherein both the condemnor, Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Minneapolis (HRA), and the property owner, Ajax Auto Parts, Inc., appealed from the commissioners' award. Following trial before Edward J. Parker, Judge, and a jury, Ajax was awarded $107,683 for the land and $5,403 for the fixtures taken.
